We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed after 2:00 PM EST,
will ship on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST,
will ship the following week. All other orders ships in 2 business days.

Return Policies

15/30 days

At Silverstone Wireless you can take advantage of our 15/30 day return policy on all of our merchandise.
You may order just about anything, inspect the equipment and if you are not fully satisfied,
just return it for a full refund less S/H charges (provided it has not been used). No restocking fee and no questions asked.
please note that the item have to be brand new in the manufacture original packaging, not opened,

Items returned within 15 days of date of invoice, will get full credit on your credit card.
Items returned between 15-30 days of date of invoice, will get a full store credit.

Please include R.M.A. # with a copy of the invoice along with the merchandise, repackaged securely in an corrugated box or in any other appropriate packaging, and send it prepaid and insured via UPS or insured mail to this address: 34 Satmar Drive Suite 304

To get a R.M.A. # you must call us during customer service hours, at: 800 342-0556 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number,

No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number on the outside of the box.

Please note that All merchandise must be brand new in the manufacturers original packaging, not opened.
Merchandise returned without those guidelines will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
